There are several known cases of elderly Space Wolves tracking down and "breaking in" Thunder Wolves, and this practice, believed to be an initiation ritual at the top of the Wolf Guard, gave rise to the almost mythical Thunder Wolf Cavalry – a small but fearless elite within the ranks of the Wolf Guard that remains absent from any official imperial documents. Each figure includes interchangeable hands and weapon attachments and stands between 4" and 6" tall.
