Altered is a collectible card game for two players in which each player manages their own deck linked to a specific faction and guided by a hero card. Each player will lead two expeditions to explore the lands surrounding Asgartha.

Start your climb in Trial of Frost and face the dangers of Cais Adarra, a steep mountain range shrouded in eternal winter. Gear up, gather your strength, and lead your expeditions through a hostile environment of ice and snow.

To show the progress of your expeditions on their journey through the Cais Adarra, some terraforming work has been done with Adventure cards. Discover the new Frost Trials cards that represent the beautiful snowy regions of Cais Adarra.

Starting with this release, Adventure cards will be available in the set's booster packs. Any of the 5 Adventure cards can be found for every 5 booster packs.

Each booster pack contains 12 cards:

1 hero card 8

common cards

3 rare cards, with a chance of (12.5%) that a rare card will be replaced by a unique card.

Also included will be a non-playable card from: a token (20.8%), a Mana Convergence (16.7%), a common foiler (35.1%), a rare foiler (20.7%), or a unique foiler (6.7%).
